Intermittent touch screen

  Just got my new raspad set up, except the touch screen only works sometimes. What's possibly going wrong here?

  Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend off.
  It may be that the usb-usb connection between the internal Raspberry Pi and raspad3 is unstable. You can check it or connect another Raspberry Pi usb3.0 interface.
  In addition, please confirm whether the device on the usb interface of the raspad3 mainboard can be used when the touch is not available.
