Strange multicolored spot on touchscreen

  Today I noticed there is a 5-10mm wide multicolored spot on the touchscreen. If the spot is touched, it changes size, as if there is wet spot between some layer. Anyone know what it could be? I tried taking photo of it with the screen turned off. The spot is above and to right of the glare from the overhead light.

  Please check if something is holding up behind and squeezing to the screen?
  Can you send a video to the technician for confirmation?

  @RasPad Support I didn't think anything was holding up behind the screen but I took the pad apart, moved wires, put it back together, and the spot was gone. My temp hdmi cable must have out of place. Thanks for your help!
